There are some who have lost their lives to this virus
It’s heartbreaking. But it also makes you realise how lucky we are, how much we have to be grateful for
It also makes you realise that time is the most precious resource we have
If you’re finding yourself stuck in your head, stuck in the past, worrying about the future, here are some affirmations you can use to keep yourself in the present moment
Worrying today is stealing my joy for tomorrow
I live my life in the now
I am here right now
It’s easy for me to live in the present
The present moment gives me peace
All that matters is this moment
My thoughts stay in the present easily
All is well in this moment
My mind is calm in this moment
I choose to live in the now
When you’re here now you can create what happens next
