28 days of hardcore, get to the bottom of your shit to get you back into alignment with who you really are. This is deep and uncomfortable work. Fortunately for you, the payoff is huge
Week 1
Take responsibility. This is not about shame, blame or guilt, it's about reclaiming your power. What are you holding onto that needs to go? Where are you blaming and shaming yourself and others? What stories do you need to change?
Week 2
What do you want? Who do you need to be? What do you want to do? Get it all down. Get clear. Don’t hold back. Don’t be realistic. Get it all out what you want to do with your life. Write it all down, your purpose, your mission, your message. Listen to what comes up for you when you do this. This is what you need to work on. The limiting beliefs, inner critic, and stories you tell yourself. This is all about subconscious and conscious realignment. When they're in conflict, nothing changes. Your ego will be kicking off. It will hate you for doing this work. Your soul will love you for it.
Week 3
We’ve discovered the lies you tell yourself. You are not your thoughts. You are not your stories. You are not your limiting beliefs. Tap into who you KNOW you really are. The leader in you who is here to inspire with your message. Reconnect to that. Be that. Be in that energy. Embody it.
Week 4
Make a plan of action steps to ground in your new beliefs. Nothing changes until you move. If you haven’t taken new actions, you haven’t changed your beliefs. Make a plan of what action you can take right now. It will all come when you tap into your higher self and your inner wisdom. Start taking steps so you can live your purpose NOW.

I've experienced sexual abuse as a child. Bullying. Been abandoned. Rejected. There ain't much I ain't seen or experienced. More than any child should have to.
Ignoring my healing? My wallowing in my own shit? My soul? My purpose? MY REASON FOR BEING? It left me depressed. Suicidal. More than once. My awakening got me here. My worst times transformed into my best.
Enough was enough. I had to say FUCK THIS SHIT to my bullshit and FUCK YES to ME. To my soul. My purpose. My life.
I know what it is to be in the dark so deep it feels like you're never going to get out. To see the light. You might not be in so deep. But you know where you are ain't working.
