How To Live Authentically

how to live authentically blog post

I did a live on Facebook where I talked about living authentically. If you're doing any of these things, stop! It's conditioned, habitual, programmed behaviour and it can be changed. Don't make the mistake of thinking it can't.

Here's what I talk about:

  • How your beliefs aren't the real you
  • Superconscious
  • Remembering who you were as a child
  • Why children are more connected
  • Did you ever feel like you were here to do something?
  • Difference between facts and beliefs
  • Detaching from ego
  • The ego has one job
  • How the ego closes your mind
  • Fear & excitement are the same (when talking about growth)
  • The is no destination, only the journey
  • The power of choice
  • Change doesn't happen on the outside
  • There's only so much of your own bullshit you can take!!

You can watch it on Vimeo here.

As always, I'd love to hear what you think so leave your comments below.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about
this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other
than that, this is fantastic blog. An excellent read.
    I will certainly be back.
