How To Live Authentically
I did a live on Facebook where I talked about living authentically. If you're doing any of these things, stop! It's conditioned, habitual, programmed behaviour and it can be changed. Don't make the mistake of thinking it can't.
Here's what I talk about:

- Remembering who you were as a child

- Did you ever feel like you were here to do something?
- Difference between facts and beliefs
- Detaching from ego
- The ego has one job
- How the ego closes your mind
- Fear & excitement are the same (when talking about growth)
- The is no destination, only the journey
- The power of choice
- Change doesn't happen on the outside
- There's only so much of your own bullshit you can take!!
